I expressed this to the staff at breakfast and they went above and beyond to the point that they gave me an upgraded different room. I was appreciative of this gesture and it made us feel very welcome. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent - it is a must to include in your booking. "The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional. The room had zero storage space for clothes except for a small closet to hand 3 or 4 items. No drawers at all, and very little space for luggage. The bathroom...
