“very convenient”

We stayed at the hotel for one night as we had a xmas dinner near Hindmarsh Square, so the hotel was very convenient. We chose to use Valet Parking, and found the "permit parking zone" in front of the hotel very congested; and so did other people who were checking in at the same time. So unless you really want valet parking I would definitely park the car elsewhere and walk the short distance to the hotel. Check in and out staff were fine, and courteous We couldnt fault the studio apartment we had, the bathroom was amongst the best I have seen so that is a real positive. I would definitely stay again if I had a night or two in Adelaide

“Very impressive Adelaide hotel”

An excellent hotel - good situation, very clean, great facitlities, and the room that I had, had an wonderful view. I would highly recommend this hotel to other people, and will definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Adelaide.

“Impressed”

The only complaint was taking about half an hour to check out because it was so busy. Otherwise the hotel was excellent.

“Overpriced and understaffed.”

Room not ready at 2pm. $25 valet parking per day is the only option and you only find out about this at check in. Hotel is grossly under staffed eg phone is not answered by reception when they are busy. Tarrif is too high even with discounted rate and valet parking fee on top is a rip off. And believe it or not I had to watch the football grand final on an analogue TV signal complete with ghosting and squashed, distorted image to fit the widescreen TV. This is just plain unacceptable in 2010!!!

Area recommendations

Glenelg is great but is getting too busy during holiday times.

“Great Location, great hotel but...”

Excellent Hotel, except we did not know we had to call reception beforehand if we wanted the room made up. When we came back from the Barossa Valley, we expected to find the room made up but it was just as we left it. We found out at this hotel room make up needs to be pre arranged. Also, there is a $25 valet parking fee per day so we needed to go around town to find cheaper off street parking. However, the hotel is very nice and spacious at a great location in the City.
