Gallery exhibition space fits 36 trade booths and a further 16 booths in the lobby space. Audiovisual and communications offerings include UTP cabling, fibre optic, ISDN and ADSL service, wireless Internet network, and video conferencing. The Grand Ballroom and Balcony Rooms overlook Victoria Square. The ballroom is 660 square metres, accommodating 750 in theatre style, 336 in classroom style, or 800 for cocktails. It can be divided into five different configurations. There is also a 29-square-metre boardroom with plasma-screen TV and table seating 12 people, as well as a further four meeting rooms of similar size.
