Issues with a big group checking in electronically ahead of us, was annoying inconvenient and very public. Passing road traffic, planes overhead meant zero privacy and extreme difficulty for anyone to understand instructions from operator on speaker phone. sad reflection on todays society.

Great location but tired and dated hotel
On arrival, there was no one at reception as the check-In process is done via a computerised kiosk. A person eventually came out from a back office to assist with the check in. Who was helpful. The room is dated and the bathroom is poorly lit although it was clean and tidy. At night the laundry room was in operation with washing and drying machines whirring away and the noise travelled down the hall into the room whilst trying to sleep.

The property is a round building a bit like a water tower and has an old feel to it but the rooms and bathrooms are all exceptionally spacious an modern bathrooms check in is none contact but easy to do room bond is taken following checking in so hopefully this is returned fast. As yet to see it. But for price and easy to get to all public place around the bay we will definitely be back.

The return of the $100 holding fee has not been returned to my account. The mini bar was not used and the room was left as it was on booking in apart from unmade beds and used towels. I should not have to chase the refund.

Whilst the room was clean, the 24hr check in machine wouldn't check me in and there is no one manning the reception desk, so you have to ring a number to get them to get the key dispensing machine to work. The bed was hard and had the aircon blowing down directly on it. the shop dispenser in the shower was empty. Overall I was expecting better. We won't be returning.

This should have been filled prior to your arrival, and I apologise for this oversight.
