“Not the most modern hotel but has fantastic staff!”
Whilst this is not the most up to date and modern hotel, the staff are fantastic! I arrived in Adelaide after an horrendous (long and very uncomfortable) overnight coach journey from Alice Springs. I arrived at the hotel at 09.00, with check-in not until 14.00, and upon asking whether it would be possible to check-in, not thinking for a minute it would be, I was given a bigger room than I'd booked (as there were no rooms available of the size I'd reserved) at no additional cost for immediate use. All through my stay of 3 nights the staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful.
“Nice Place!”
Although somewhat old, this hotel was in a great location and has been recently renovated inside! Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. I would recommended staying here if you are looking for cheap accomodation.
“Top location”
Convenient for city centre. Well-presented and good value for money. Definitely stay here again when in Adelaide.
“Comfortable hotel”
Building dated, but room clean, comfortable, refrigerator & air cond. worked. Staff friendly & helpful. I had a room facing back lot, so my room was quiet.
“A pleasant motel”
The room was clean and pleasant and in particular roomy. The only fault was a noisy outdated airconditioner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was on time. Restaurant clean and well appointed. I would stay here again.
“graet location”
Very convenient to Norwood parade for the TDU ride start
“Very clean but dated and noisy”
room was exceptionally clean, a bit dated. All the staff were kind and freindly however the motel didnt seem to busy and we requested a quiet room and were put next to the lift which binged twice when anyone used it. Beds are comfortable, the shower was a shocker, keeped going hot to cold. Travelled with another couple and there shower was fine, maybe just got a bad room. Would stay again if i could get another room further from the lift and road
“It was comfortable.”
Our room was comfortable and well serviced. Could do with an update of the T.V.
“good location”
Hotel is very close to the CBD. Older hotel and showing it's age. We booked family rooms and while they did have the beds required, the rooms were small and didn't have much space other than the beds.
“Handy location, would stay again”
Everything was terrific, except they were painting a room, about 4 down from ours and it stank. Otherwise couldn't fault the place. Very nicely decorated.
