“Great Facility would use again”
Ideal location close to Glenelg but far enough to out of the bustle. Attractive rates for location. Close to food/meals & transport.
“Amazing size”
great location, excellent rooms, plenty of space, very clean great inhouse service.
“Good stay at the Adelaide International Motel”
Great location, clean and functional rooms. Very helpful staff. Room at rear of motel so no road noise. No lift - so if you have a lot of luggage, better to request a ground floor room (although staff on hand to help with cases if need be). Internal decor looks a bit tired, but it's clean and comfortable. Rooms serviced every day. Air con in room worked well. Would use motel again and recommend to others. Not for you if you want the full "grand hotel" experience, but you're not paying that price ticket either.
“Comfortable Rooms”
The slightly dated fascia and old school motel layout should be ignored - recently refurbished clean, comfortable rooms. Ideal for a cheap getaway.
“Value for money. The position suited me greatly but may not suit everyone.”
The hotel is probably getting a little old. However the position to the aiport and to get into Adelaide is very convenient. A car is necessary to get to the shops. The bed is extremely comfortable, however the television is an old one. Did not have digital nor DVD or Austar. Intternet is available, I did not check this out . Cleanliness could be improved upon especially the toilet. As the price was very good I consider it value for money. If a little cleaner it would be really good.
“Adequate”
Despite free Wi-Fi being advertised, that was not the case. After saying it was advertised I was begrudgingly given a complimentary 1 Hour which timed out after one hour, even though I only wanted 10 minutes that evening and then I had to buy another half-hour for next morning. Very poor when free Wi-Fi is advertised. Breakfast was disappointing, dining room very tired and old.
“Adelaide International”
Hotel room was very dated, curtain hooks lacking and so curtains hung down. bathroom extremely small for a family room.
“Adelaide Int Motel”
Room was clean but overall the motel was rather run down. There were no laundry facilities which was not an issue for us as we were only there a couple of days but might be a problem for families with young children. Nice pool but the lock on the gate was rather suspect - another problem if you have young children.
“A yesterday hotel”
a considerable way away from the centre of Glenelg beach, restaurants etc. Hotel has seen better days, now is rather run down and "yesterday". Room was small, windows were dirty, bathroom was old. Staff were friendly but service was only adequate.
“Never Again”
This 'International Hotel' must be very old. The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Not good when one needs to wake for an early flight. I havn't been to a hotel for some time where the TV from next door can be heard so well. Being on my own, it was very difficult to get a suitcase up the stairs. Why no lift? Unable to get a meal in the evening from an on sight restaurant is ridiculous.
