"We stayed here for 3 consecutive nights and it was a complete nightmare. First, the 10:00 AM check-out is absurdly early. When I politely asked for a late check-out, the rude receptionist lied to my face, claiming they were "fully booked," even though their app showed plenty of availability. The location is a joke. Marketed as an "ocean view," it's actually stuck high up on a steep hill（see picture3, it’s the view you can see when you go down that hill), far away from the beach. But the worst part is the appalling infrastructure and hygiene. We booked a suite with two bathrooms, but you cannot shower at the same time—if one shower is running, the water in the other instantly loses pressure and turns freezing cold. To top it all off, we found a massive, horrifying cockroach (half the size of a palm!) inside our room."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations, considering how reasonable it was compared to other 5* family friendly hotels. The room we chose had two bathrooms and a proper dividing door between the bedroom and living space meaning we could put our toddler to bed and still keep the lights on and use the bathroom off the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was great, and the evening buffet was a different cuisine every night so it didn’t get too repetitive. Two very family friendly pools with slides and no mad panic to find a sun lounger. There’s a shopping centre opposite the hotel which was handy for supermarket trips and cafe options for lunch. All in all we’d definitely recommend it! Evening mini disco or entertainment shows for the kids were a real hit too."

"Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked. Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere Location is fab"

"The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. Every day was a different menu. It’s not the fine dining but the food was a good quality and to anybody’s test. The pool area is quite active, plenty of entertainment. A lot of sunbeds was available around the pool. And the water in the pool was warm and pleasant. The reception staff is very nice. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to this place in October."
