First when we arrived room was overpowered with insectides. Choked us till we had to leave the room. They should of let it air out.I assume to control all the mosquitoes in room and coming from near the pool which there are certain plants and bamboo which tend to breed them more from my personal experience. Bathroom is dated and needs renovations with no towels or washclothes ( bring your own ). Its family owned so i guess they are trying their best idk..2ndly the worse was the restaurant. Stay AWAY!!! The service there was horrible. Waitress seemed disinterested n didnot attend to us efficiently. We sat 3 hours of honeymoon waiting on just rice and tilipia and some samoas and cheese sticks she kept messing up on. She messed up our order 3 times and the chef was the only highlight. He was suppose to be cooking and had to come and clarify our order and even gave us a complimentary set of appetizers trying to do her job saying they have had issues with her. Even after he tried to come out to assist she was tude n wrong order and we asked 4 her supervisor.after We asked for the bill to clarify all the taxes like 200 cedi worth of taxes.Mr.J comes and says two words " its government " and requests cash. We paid n lft. We told front desk n ckd out early..our 3 day turned to 1.Sup at front desk was apologetic as my husband was so upset and rebooked elsewhere she claim "they would make it right" and to contact her whatsapp. When i do she offers a $30 off the NextStay. Just avoid

Shower: Open shower. Water spilled on floor when showing. Dangerous of falling onto wet floor. Unleavened floor because of water seepage. Security: Wooden door (plywood) appears to be warped. You can see outside from the lower door due to multiple cracks. Key and keypad was difficult to enter and exit. No other locking devices available for additional security. Comfort: A/C in bedroom only discharges warm air. 16 degrees C, warm air. Difficult to sleep.

This was my 1st time staying at this property. I love the aesthetic - leafy, African art, use of baskets and other natural materials. Makes the place feel like an oasis in the city. I was less pleased with the condition of my room. Everything was in working order but a little rundown. Also the shower in my room was not cleaned well - soap scum on wall tiles and stain on floor tiles.

Beautiful property in the center of Accra (Osu). Great option for the international traveler. Reliable internet connection, Restaurant had very good options everything I had was delicious (breakfast, dinners).

It's a beautiful hotel, great service and stuff. Unfortunately, I only spent one night and didn't enjoy the hotel to the fullest. I hope to go back in the near future.

Little oasis in Accra
La Villa is a little oasis. I stay here evry time I come to Accra. The service is excellent, food really good and accommodation most comfortable.

A beautiful property with nice rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I found it quite noisy. Music from the pool area went until around 11 pm, and even with ear plugs in, I could still hear it. The hotel also seems to be right under an airplane route - the planes were loud and regular. All in all, probably the best of several hotels I stayed at in Ghana, and I probably would have loved it if I hadn't been traveling for business, but the noise was annoying when I had to wake up early to work.

Cute and quirky
Beautiful looking place with paved paths around greenery and very small pool. Spacious tastefully decorayrd rooms: with fridge and TV, plus walk in shower. One of the few places stayed in with constant hot water and good wifi. Close to Oxford street - which is full of bars stalls and restaurants. Extras such as trips and souvenirs very expensive though.

It’s my fifth time at La Villa Boutique. I returned after five years and it’s as wonderful as ever. The hotel offers all the facilities of a large five star with the added bonus of personalised service. I really couldn’t ask for more. Oh yes, delicious food including breakfast and restaurant open 24 hrs. what more could you want? thank you to the staff for a memorable stay.

This unique hotel is like a hidden jungle sanctuary inside the city. It's beautifully decorated throughout, the rooms are clean and updated (though our mattress was quite hard) and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious with everything from exotic fruits to an omelet bar. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for those Instagram pics! Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service. We left a bag and within minutes of.our checkout, the front desk called to let us know that the guy accidentally left it and they made sure that we got it quickly!! Met the owner too! He was truly interested in keeping guests comfortable and cared for.

I loved the place, strategic location, quiet, green and simply nice. The swimming pool is small, but nothing is perfect, and Villa Boutique is almost perfect. I enjoyed very much my stay and will certainly come back.

Great hotel in a perfect part of town! Super friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms and bathrooms. Pool is small but there was never an issue getting a poolside lounge chair or table. Will definitely stay again!

The La Villa Staff gave excellent customer service. Moses, my hotel assistant was very helpful. The bed lamp electrical outlets did not work. This was inconvenience for charging multiple devices. The restaurant food prices were high because it targeted tourists.

The room was beautiful and roomy. Dinner was phenomenal!! They need better bed pillows and the breakfast was just not good at all. I'll return because the staff is friendly; the location is convenient and the beauty is wonderful!

My son and I each had a room and both were comfortable, clean and well designed. The staff were very attentive and gave us both an early check in and a late check out which really helped. This is our new go to place for Accra for stop overs going to and from the north. A warm comfortable friendly alternatives to the enormous airport hotels and in the fun of Osu. Highly recommended.

Nice size rooms; great location in Osu; hot water in the shower and comfortable shower design; wifi worked; had several TV channels; comfortable bed; provided some basic toiletries; breakfast provided was decent, had small pool, provided some entertainment around the pool on occasion; great staff.

Outstanding Hotel Experience
Customer Service was outstanding. Very helpful staff. Hotel is walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants. Area felt very safe during day or night. Hotel food was decent. Hotel has a great vibe.

Amazing place to stay in Accra
Stayed at La Villa Boutique for 8 nights in November. The hotel is superbly located in downtown Accra close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The room was a bit basic, but perfectly adequate and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we ate evening and lunch meals at the hotel several times, These meals were very good and flavoursome. However, its was the staff that makes the hotel superb. From the reception staff's warm and friendly advice, to the restaurant staff agreeing to our extras for our meal to cleaners and house staff keeping the room clean and tidy. Everything done by the hotel staff was done with grace and kindness. We really really enjoyed our time at the hotel and felt at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel, if you want to truly get to know Accra.
