“Good choice”
It´s a very comfortable hotel. It has great view specially the highest floors. The employers and waiters are very friendly. The room is very big, clean and safe. It has all the services in the room. The pool area is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is good.
“Great Secret”
This hotel was wonderful. The staff was amazing, the hotel was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. Although you don't think much of the hotel from the site pictures, they do not do it any justice. I travel a lot and this hotel is a great little secret. The hotel food was great and the price was exceptionally resonable. The views are beautiful!
“Great value, business style hotel”
Stay here if you want clean comfortable rooms with a pool and great sea views that is not overun with screaming children. Just one thing, there is a new buildong being constructed on the right side (west) of the hotel as you look at it from the road. The views are much better on the left (east) of the hotel ( a beach, and not a buliding site) so request the beach side looking towards Playa Icacos

“I would go back”
It was a nice place to stay. The water is too rough to swim , stay away from the rocks , the water is too harsh. somebody from different hotel drown when i was there. SAD.SAD.SAD The airconditioner is a little loud...so I turn it on the whole day and when I'm ready to go to bed I turned it off and it was perfect. The hair dryer didn't work. Electrical problem. I have to plug my coffee maker to a differnt electrical outlet for it to work. Overall , I'm happy. The staff are super nice although most of them has difficulty in english. The security guards at the lobby and pool area made my stay a lot secure.
“Fine Acapulco Hotel”
The king room was much larger than expected and located on the corner facing the bay with a balcony wrapping around the corner. 2nd room booked for our group with 2 double beds was adjacent, as expected. There were no additional hotel charges or taxes for the rooms above what had already been settled with Expedia and the whole experience related to the hotel was smooth and uneventful. This was our first hotel booking through Expedia and we were extremely please with the entire experience.
“Value for money”
With the holiday being so cheap we didn't know what to expect but we were definitely happy with the hotel. Wouldn't have eaten there for dinner but the food for breakfast and lunch was just right and only a few steps away from the pool.
“Great Family Hotel”
My 3 children loved the pools,not too crazy for the beach location, you can take a short taxi ride to the Caleta Beach (calmer waves). Hotel food both breakfast buffet and menus were good not excellent but good (great deals on buffet). Very clean room, great double balcony views. Air conditioning was excellent. Didn't like the colored bands, instead had them wrapped it around my bag. The hotel is not far from many attractions. In all if returning to Acapulco, Fiesta Inn is the place to stay.

“Great place to stay, ideal location”
Just go back mid April '06, had a great time. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Great location walking distance to just about everywhere, restaurants/bars (Mongos-great drinks & atmosphere), clubs. Had minor problem with AC but was taken care of. Only other compaint was that kids where allowed in the adult pool. Outside of that, I would highly recommend..
