“I would go back if”
The staff at the front desk are friendly and make it look like they are doing a great job but they are not professional. Eg when I arrived I asked for an extra day which I thought was sorted, then I received a message on the phone that I was checking out on the original date I explained to the girl that I had booked an extra day she said she would fix it and call me back. None of this was done and because I had no time to call Expedia I was charged an extra day rate.
“Club rooms good value”
A bit out of the way but taxis cheap so not too problematical Staff helpful and attentive Rooms reasonably large An office building was under construction next door and noise a bit off-putting at night
“Great hotel in a not so great location”
The hotel is wonderful. Service is great. We arrived at 6'ish in the morning they let us check in. The buffet breakfast is ample but a bite costly (not included in room charges). It would be better if there is other breakfast option.
“A good place to stay”
Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Good attention to details. There was construction around, but hey, this is Abu Dhabi, the whole city is on Prozac.
“New,clean and modern”
Just a quick trip to Abu Dhabi but thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Restaurants were convenient. Servers were friendly and helpful. Beers were served in chilled glasses which made them extra good. All the staff members were outgoing and willing to make the stay enjoyable. Two thumbs way up.
“Great place to stay!!”
Traders Hotel was perfect for my trip to Abu Dhabi. Room was clean, comfortable, and the staff are AMAZING!! Beds are extremely comfortable and room was mostly quiet except they had me in a room facing a wall (NOT the best view from the balcony!) and the corridor below is where the trolleys from dinner outside rolled by...if the glass doors were closed, no problem, but if you are stayin on the balcony, it got to be a bit funny with checking out what was going on. Be aware that there is a LOT of construction going on right now beside the hotel, but it was done during business hours and not after dark. However...there was a warning on the tv that the hotel next door was about to begin construction and Traders had no control over THEIR working hours...just a little note for that! But have never been in a hotel that WARNED their customers of the potential for noise...as I said...amazing staff. Finding it can be a bit of an adventure as they are doing a LOT of construction on the highways in Abu Dhabi at this time Have to say the dining is EXPENSIVE! I live in the Middle East, so am aware of what prices are for normal ME foods...ended up just going to Carrefours and buying some breakfast items and eating in room first thing in the morning. So ending this on a good note...the beach is nice, outside dining is so pretty at night and there is shisha that you can take under a tent canopy...lovely!!!

“Traders Club rocks!”
It was very pleasant stay for me and my spouse. Traders Club (9th floor) is very comfortable, club lounge is equipped with TVs and PCs. Internet via Wi-Fi network is available almost everywhere. Staff is well-trained professionals team. Shuttle-bus service is useful to explore Abu-Dhabi. Pool is wonderful, and the beach is not so big. Everything was very OK, and we recommend our friends to give it a try.
