“A great hotel in a city with limited choices”
Al Ain has few international hotels to choose from but the Hilton is one of the best even though it is an older hotel and growing dated. It is pricey as are most international hotels in the UAE but offers wonderful service and an outstanding breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the swimming pool is wonderful with a lap pool for those who want to exercise as well as a recreational pool with a water slide for those who want some fun. Unfortunately the recreational pool opens late (around 9 AM) and closes early (around 6 PM). This limits its use for those who are out and about all day. Meals in the main restaurant are expensive but high quality; however, there are other dining choices on the property that are more family friendly. The concierge staff is friendly and eager to please.

Check in went great, we recieved a upgrade to a suite. The service was excellent, food was great. We will be coming back again
“The best hotel concierge service around!”
The Hilton exceeded my expectations with a comfortable room, variety of eating choices, and above average entertainment music at night! I was extremely appreciative of the hotel concierge. Very informative, polite, pleasant, and went the extra mile to make sure that I would get where I needed to go.
“Hilton is a great hotel in Al Ain”
The Hilton is a great choice for a place to stay in Al Ain. We went there recently for an Ice Hockey tournament and the hotel was a great place to come back to and unwind. The pools are fantastic. One for laps, and the other more for kids but with a swim up bar. The nightlife isn't bad either as everyone staying there usually ends up at Paco's (bar and grill). Service at Paco's for food was slow and some of my fellow hockey players weren't impressed with their meals. Other than that, the Hilton is in Al Ain is a very comfortable place to stay with excellent service from the front desk.
“It will be my choice if I visit Al-Ain again.”
I am really satisfied about my stay for four days in this hotel. It is excellent on all scales.
“Great Value”
The hotel service was great and any issues we had were quickly resolved. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel could use a facelift, but overall, the facilities are great and it really was great value for the money.
“Pleasant stay”
A group of us stayed one night at the hotel and had a very pleasant evening in Al Ain. We were immediately upgraded to a suite and our friends were upgraded to a villa. Both were large and very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly - they helped us to find the event that we were in town for and other local attractions. There were many restaurants to choose from - it gets very busy there on Thursday evenings.
“Great pool, okay room”
We were looking for a last-minute hotel in Al Ain, and the Hilton provided everything we needed. The location is convenient, and the swimming pool area is nice and well-maintained. The room was average, but the complimentary fruit basket wae a nice touch. For the price, we would say there again!
“The Oldest AL Ain Hilton”
Yes it's old may be 30 years or more, but well maintained, rooms are clean but not spacious as it suppose to be especially for deluxe double queen bed room. the service was good beginning from the front desk, house keeping... Hotel staff were very professionel,friendly and efficient. Good quality restaurants and i really enjoyed dining at the excellent italian restaurant and the open buffet breakfast. it's obviously a 3 stars hotel if you compare it to the high UAE hotel standards, so rates should be adequate to the peers.
“Perfect for what we needed”
We live in Abu Dhabi and wanted to sightsee in Al Ain. This Hilton was perfect for that. It's centrally located, relatively easy to find, and the pool, restaurants and service was great. It's not the newest hotel and the suite we were upgraded to was a little dowdy, but the bedding was totally new and crispy clean. We visited the Rotana which was beautiful but kind of cold, and the Interncontinental which was nice but not that nice. At the end of the day, we ended up at the pub in the Hilton, with outdoor seating around the pool and excellent food. The concierge was incredibly helpful every time we asked for directions to landmarks, which was a lot. The free breakfast was the biggest and best we have experienced. The hotel employees were sweet as could be. We would go back.
