“Excellent Hotel”

I stayed first time in Abu Dhabi. My choice was correct. This hotel is very cenvenient location, 5 minutes by taxi from bus station and just behind of Madinat Zayed shopping center. My room was upgraded by Elite Program, so the room was very big with separate living room and very clean. Complementaly welcom fruits was also served. Breakfast was exellent and view from restaurant was good. But if you want sea view or luxury facilities, this hotel is not match. If you want to stay as station for sightseeing, I can really reccomend to stay this hotel in Abu Dhabi.

“Good downtown location”

The hotell itself is top of the line with regards to service, room standard, size, etc. What is missing is up to date featurs like wireless connection in the rooms. The avalability of taxi services could be improved. The location in downtown AUH is OK, but the surounding area does not offer to many attractions for tourists. The inmediate neighbourhood of the mosque next door might make the early morning calls for prayer a bit disturbing, at least for non muslim guests.

very welcoming staff at 2am arrival & all throughout 3 day stay. amber suite spacious & comfortable. central location. the mini abu dhabi travel guide book in room a helpful little bonus! given late check out no extra charge. thank-you

not in july-sept... was 43deg!!! way too hot!

Getting around

cabs cheap but public buses along the entire corniche route cost 1dirham!! a coin in the box as you board! enjoy the local experience.

“Great Hotel in Abu Dhabi”

The hotel was modern, very clean, friendly staff, had a large buffet for breakfast and right next to the Gold Souk. It was centrally located, making it easy to walk to nearby locations such as the corniche, shops and restaurants.

“Loved This Hotel”

An amazing hotel that could be compared to the quality and service you would find at the Hilton. The outside of the hotel doesn't look luxurious, but once you step in, it's another world. Service was excellent, rooms were beautiful, the amenities were unexpected and impressive and the breakfast buffet was very refined and relaxing with a selection of upscale choices. In particular, I was pleasantly surprised by the common sense and attentiveness of the staff, such as noticing which side of the bed I slept on, or removing the extra pillows that were just getting in the way. The service is personalized and caring rather than mechanical. I will definitely stay here every I visit Abu Dhabi. Beautiful and economical. Safe underground parking for your car rental. And fast free internet with a well-appointed and convenient desk.

Getting around

I highly recommend renting a car with an after market navigation system (navigation is about $10 for 3 days). It's very reasonable and makes the trip so much more fun. Plus you really get to know the city and feel like a local. Shop at Spinneys for amazing and gourmet groceries.

“Good first experience”

A colleague had stayed here, but this was my first time. The quality of the hotel is excellent (it seems very new), good room, the service was very good, breakfast was great. The only drawback was the location, and that was only a problem because it was the height of summer: very hot and very humid, and a nuisance to walk anywhere! Close to the bus route though.

“Good hotel”

The hotel rooms are spacious. Internet available in the room. Break fast buffet has good spread. Gym is reasonably ok. I keep going back.
