I can't say enough about these incredible people. From the moment we arrived we felt completely taken care of. We met Rachel first, checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed. Maya and Yulia are any employers dream of employees. There were many others whose names i cant remember, but I'll never forget my stay in Aberdeen and the beautiful people who live and work there.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, lovely room, breakfast fabulous. Only a few things not so good, had to auto tune TV each night, also when I asked the male receptionist covering the bar for water glasses for our room he gave me two pint glasses, I asked for smaller ones he said he had none, later we noticed juice glasses in the breakfast area which I exchanged for the pint glasses, he could have done that to begin with. Other than that we enjoyed our three nights, Karen.

Great location for venturing into the city, parking available locally at low cost, excellent breakfast choice, clean and staff very welcoming. On the downside, the street facing bedrooms are noisy when revellers exit pubs in the early hours of the morning and whilst earplugs provided by hotel it disturbed our sleep.

I think it must have been refurbished recently as everything was spotless the email suggesting i could now book onsite parking was very welcome and i took advantage of it ,all the staff where helpful but the receptionist was brilliant

Location good for city centre, size and layout of the room was ok as only me in the room and it was quiet. What I didn’t like, food in the hotel was poor, the shower head is like trying to shower under a small tap and the extractor doesn’t work, also, many guests like myself struggled with the door to the room. I’ve stayed in two rooms recently visiting a friend in hospital and the same issues in each room, when I go again I’ll not use that hotel
