Clean and comfortable but a little dated. Steven was an excellent host and breakfast was great. Parking was available close by in the street but not onsite.

This property was very convenient for our short trip to Aberdeen. The checking in process was easy including information for parking, not far from the property. Staff welcome on arrival was excellent and we cannot complain about the service. Breakfast included a range of options and was ideal to start the day. The fabric of the building is a bit dated however this was reflected in the price.

I liked the location, tasty breakfast, comfy bed, hairdryer, tv, local buses. Steve was great. He stopped up late to let me in after transport problems. Shared shower room powerful hot shower Didnt like the rattling room door but easy solved by shoving chair against it. Decorations old fashioned & radiators rusty All in all a great stay and will return

Located across from the University of Aberdeen, it’s a busy area. The host was accommodating and communicated with me prior to arrival for any concerns I might have. I would recommend this location.

Generally run down
Quality of fixtures and fittings, towels, coffee making and general fabric of the building is very run down and old (but not in a quaint way). Limited breakfast options. Water never really got hot in the shower. Service was friendly and owner was nice. Room was inexpensive. However, next time I'd prefer to pay more and get better.

Pleasant Stay
Host was very welcoming and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Oat milk was provided for breakfast on request. There was a choice for breakfast but we were a little disappointed that it was not a full english, we had hash browns, bacon and eggs. Parking was a little way from the guest house.

Great if you are attending University of Aberdeen, but the area is noisy and congested. Not convenient for meals and shopping. I was nervous about driving in the city, and it was a long walk to find a good supper. Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and well appointed.

We stayed at the Brentwood Villa for about three days, and it was incredible. I’m gluten free, and Mary went out of her way to accommodate me for breakfasts. Traveling while having food restrictions is very difficult, but Mary made it so much easier for me, allowing me to be able to consistently rely on breakfast. It was an excellent place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Friendly and very good value
One night stay whilst visiting my daughter in Aberdeen. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast was superb. The accommodation was very clean and in an ideal location for me on my trip. Private parking was just a few yards away, which was great. I look forward to staying at the Brentwood Villa again in the future.

Perfect location for visiting our student studying at University of Aberdeen. Mary was gracious and accommodating. The gluten free breakfast options were a treat for me. Bed was a little squeaky and hard but overall, a lovely stay!

Not being a regular user of Guest Houses i found it a bit stressful to find the premises empty when I arrived,albeit earlier than I thought given the distance I was travelling, and having to let myself into the premises. However when the owner did arrive I was pleasantly welcomed and as my business in town wasn't until late on the next day I was told to stay as long as required and book out at my own time..Breakfast the next morning was very good and plentiful.Would recommend

Aberdeen accommodation
As this is on kings Street there is a little bit of traffic noise. Maybe a little bit too far for some people walking into the city centre. Everything was good otherwise. What really made the difference was the home baking that was given us with or tea.

Mary is always smiling and laughing and cooks a lovely breakfast. The shower is a bit low powered but this probably cannot be helped. More power sockets near the bed would have been useful to allow for laptop/phone(s)/tablet to be charged overnight.
