"The room smelled of old furniture, and there was a noise in the ceiling, something like a motor or something very annoying. I had to sleep all night with earplugs in. Apart from that, the staff were lovely. A huge Thank you to Lisinio (hopefully I'm saying their name correctly) from the restaurant, who took our order perfectly and was really nice. Thank you!"
"It’s the little things that matter sometimes.
The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. The bellhop always got the door when we entered or exited. These things and many others made our stay one to remember for a lifetime. Even the manager asked how everything was as we checked out thanking us for staying. Thank you all so much!!"
