"It took three tries to get a habitable room. Our first room was made up with three beds (one for a child), the second had no air conditioning, but the third was Goldilocks - just right. The staff was courteous and helpful as these housekeeping and maintenance problems were sorted out, but it would have been far better to have not needed to deal with them"
