5/5 Excellent
"It is a very high quality hotel with very friendly staff. It is only 4 minutes to walk to San Marco square."
"Located between two notable sites Rialto bridge (2 minute walk) and San Marco Cathedral (10 minute walk). The staff at this hotel were so wonderful! Beds comfortable and rooms well appointed. You must book the canal view room to see all the boat traffic. Still very quiet with shops and restaurants outside your door. Complimentary boat taxi to Merato. "

"The hotel is in a great location, the waterbas from the airport stops along an alley to the left of the hotel. Its about a 10 minute walk to the basillica and 15 minures to Rialto Bridge. Hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and helpful"

"The hotel front desk was very difficult to locate and they are currently in the process of relocating to another building near the current location. However once we found the hotel entrance in a small alley check-in was easy, the staff very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast dining room, provided food, and associated staff were excellent with a selection that included "American-style" breakfast items to typical European pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses. A simple hotel, but clean, safe, friendly, and near the Galleria dell'Accademia vaporetto stop and Central to the city. "
"What a find! Unique, palatial rooms and a complimentary hot breakfast not seen elsewhere in Italy. The only disappointment was no AC or a fan for a warm evening in the loft beds."
