"We arrived and it was beautiful, breathtaking. The customer service is amazing. The hotel is stunning and full of things to do. Our room was nice longer in the evening. The room air conditioner did work properly in our bedroom area. Also, a couple roaches were on the room. So, birthday visit turned out ok."
