"Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and would likely stay there again when in Naples. But two things bothered me about our room. First, the shower was tiny and the shower door was difficult to close correctly. Second, the bed linens felt rough and not high quality. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the rooftop bar was lovely, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable."

"To refer to this as a four star hotel is not just inaccurate but simply deceptive. This is a two star budget hotel. The courtyard is full of trash. The planters are damaged and full of weeds. They will not greet you with even a glass of water. Instead they sweep up a dead cockroach as they make you a paid cup of coffee. The rooms are extremely small and have not been renovated in years- although we did not find bugs in the room. The bathroom is so small it is barely serviceable. The only positives are good quality towels and location to the airport. I would never recommend or stay here again."

"Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post: I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free. The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing. The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."
