"The rooms were disgusting, the other guest around the hotel had no respect for themselves, others, or the staff. Don’t get me started on how people treated the hotel building itself. "I got the suite with a pullout bed, a kitchen area with a dishwasher, and a great view of the city. The room was clean, and the staff was amazing, from the valet to the front desk staff to the bartender. I went on a busy weekday due to a concert, and there were no issues.
