"The hotel doesn't have parking. We had to park in the city parking lot and pay the meter. It wasn't a big deal since it's right across the street from the hotel. Check-in was very nice. Giovanni, the receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working in the entire building!!! The room was incredibly hot. We opened the window, and mosquitoes invaded the room because the screen had a large hole. Giovanni, was very kind and managed to get us a small fan, which, to be honest, made more noise than it did any relief from the heat. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and the waiters were very attentive."
