"The hotel was as pictured and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they like their jobs. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a pool view upon arrival. The pillows could be softer but I used one the extra comforters in the closet for extra padding. Also daily room service which was great for clean towels when needed.
The hotel is in a great location walkable to shops and the beach. People walked and biked along the path during the day and night. Super safe location....

"Great location and staff, but rooms need some renovation. All inclusive is average with small selection of food and drinks.
Despite that, it’s a nice option in Sa Coma close to all amenities and beautiful beaches.
Parking space is very limited."
