My friend and I stayed for 3 nights in December, and we found the hotel perfect. They were very helpful on the phone when i phoned up ahead to pay. They offered advice on Italy unprompted and were very helpful. On arrival the check in was easy and simple and Fernando gave us a hand with our bags to the Annexe rooms where we staying. The breakfast is served in the room and there is a great selection available. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would certainly be staying their again should we find ourselves in Rome.

Beds soft and comfortable. Very quiet - reception said having a courtyard-facing room helped there. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Location excellent - walking distance from most tourist spots and metro nearby anyway. In a swish area but hotel good value. Limited facilities but it's not that sort of hotel.

This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with pleasant, helpful staff. It was a good base close to the Termini Train Station which was why we chose it, that and the reasonable price. We wouldn't hesitate to use it again should be return to Rome.

The Hotel had a nice cosy feel to it. There was not much help with the baggage though & as we had a loft room some of us (older people)found it difficult to carry the cases as there were a few steps & no lifts. The breakfast was of very good quality & the rooms were really nice. People were helpful. However there was a book of things we should not do for example it was strictly forbidden to use the fridge (mini bar)for personal use. We has bought some cheese & did not want to leave it out. It just felt slightly uncomfortable to use it. Staff were honest & polite. My friend dropped some money & we could not find it , but the cleaners had found it & left it for us. The only problem we had was not having good transport connections. There were trams & busses, but in the two days we stayed there we could not work out easily on how to get to them although we were told where to get them etc. We cannot fault the hotel itself, & I thorougly recommend it.
Our stay in Rome at this hotel was wonderful. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. We had one small problem with a leak under our bathroom sink and it was corrected immediately. The breakfast that was served was more than we expected and the rooftop dining was very quaint. It was also a great place to enjoy wine and cheese that we had purchased from a local grocery. The gentlemen who were at the front desk were always very helpful and went out of their way to make our vacation fantastic!! If we return to Rome, we will stay again at this hotel!
