"First time in Naples and this hotel was so lovely and clean. Perfect location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were a great size. Only downside, there are no coffee facilities in the room. But we were out exploring all the time so wasn't a problem. There are coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. It's central to all attractions and easy to get around by walking. Yes there are the occasional homeless people hanging around out the front, but this is everywhere in Naples. This is not just this hotel! One of the days the litter bins across the road were full, but they got emptied. I never once felt unsafe around the hotel. I'd highly recommend this hotel."
