"Evolve is terrible! We received all our CK in instructions a few days beforehand which I thought was a great sign. "The Hilton Vacation Club Brian Head location is an amazingly well maintained facility. I was impressed everywhere I looked, at how clean and well cared for the buildings are. But there are two items of caution. First, there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms or hallways. It is first and foremost a ski lodge, that makes a go at it to make money during the off season. The rooms do have ceiling fans and floor fans, but be forewarned for any warm weather stays. The fans only do so much when the room temperature is 79°f. Even when outdoor daytime temperatures are in the pleasant '70's, the rooms can be uncomfortable. Second, this is a 100% No Pets Allowed facility. While so many other hotel chains have adopted more pet friendly policies in recent years, this facility has not. If you have dog or cat allergies, this may be the hotel for you. But if you are a dog lover and are planning a visit to the Brian Head area, consider the lodge named after the resort, just a couple hundred yards up the road. Oh, the lodge up the road also has air conditioning. And their restaurant serves great meals for half the price of the restaurant in the Hilton. Keep that in mind regardless of which place you stay at in Brian Head. I would highly recommend the Hilton Vacation Club at Brian Head if you are staying in cool weather and not traveling with pets."
