"The staff were great and especially friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but clean and had what we needed. We were unfortunately put near the ice machine which was noisy, so I would not recommend that. The breakfast was great and included a waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, toast & danishes, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and juice/coffee. They even had peanut butter for our waffles, which we love. A good value if you are just looking for the basics with an included breakfast."

"I can’t remember staying in a hotel that had no coffee maker in the room. There also was no closet or ironing board either. The website says there is coffee and tea available in the common areas, but they don’t tell you that that door is locked by 9AM!! And it’s a shame bc the coffee is delicious! There is a very thin blanket on the bed in between 2 sheets. I had to ask for another blanket. It was also thin and scratchy. The breakfast is nothing but carbs. There is a waffle machine and then bagels or toast - or cereal. You can’t have a whole muffin as they only put out slices of muffins. No fruit or protein except for the small yogurts that are available before they run out. It wasn’t a terrible hotel, but we won’t stay here again."

"This is an OK property that is showing its age, but I would definitely go back. I was disappointed the pool was down since that was one of the reasons I chose this place. The front desk Steve was very helpful. They offered a complementary breakfast, which was just OK. It arrived very cold. Parking was easy and location was great. The air conditioner in my room, sang a song of its people. And kept me awake lol"

"I will not stay here again!! I originally booked a room with a single queen bed, but within minutes of booking, the hotel changed my reservation to a room with two queen beds without explanation. Not a major issue, but certainly not what I reserved. The bigger problem came when I was about to take a shower. As soon as I turned on the water, the bathtub spout literally pulled out of the wall, exposing the copper pipe and spraying water everywhere. Thankfully, the staff moved me to another room, but this should never happen in a hotel room. One of the reasons I chose this property was the advertised complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The entire breakfast consisted of waffle mix, two cereal choices, two bananas, bread for toast, and blueberry jam. There were no pastries, no additional fruit, no eggs, no yogurt, and very few options overall. When I mentioned my disappointment to the manager/owner, I was told, "I'm making 50% less than I was last summer, and I don't care about the breakfast." That response alone speaks volumes about the level of customer service and commitment to guest satisfaction. To make matters worse, when I returned later, there were individuals on the property who appeared to be openly using drugs, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Between the room issues, poor breakfast, the owners attitude, it’s best to book elsewhere!"
