Franco, Bruno and the team were so welcoming, nothing was a problem, plenty of great advice and suggestions on how to make the most of our stay. Very generously gave us a bottle of bubbly for our birthdays in Rome - they didn't have to do this.

Hotel was in a really handy location, not on a main road but right by the main Termini station and within easy walking distance of Trevi fountain & Colosseum. The room we had was comfortable & spotlessly clean. I was traveling with just my 10 year old son and he was happy with the room too. The breakfast area was a bit cosy but it wasn't a restaurant so I didn't expect much more. The staff were absolutely fabulous, they arranged a pick up from the airport as I had booked a tour for the day we arrived but it started before I could check in, they looked after my luggage until we finished the tour. They pointed us in the right direction & gave us a map so we knew where we were going. I had emailed them several times before we arrived and they replied instantly with all the info I'd requested. I have to say that I didn't particularly love the locals but the staff at the hotel made us feel at home, I can't express enough how lovely they were. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a no nonsense hotel, you get what you pay for and I'm glad I booked with them. x

This hotel is only two blocks from Termini, so was great for me to get an early train to the airport. The neighborhood is not too great, and a big disadvantage was the hotel entrance was on the third floor of a slightly seedy building. There is an elevator to take you to the floor the hotel is on. But once inside the hotel, it was very well maintained, clean and cheerful, with a nice breakfast room and an ample breakfast included. Also, a big convenience is having a safe in the room. I was on my own so had a single room, which was pretty small but comfortable. It had a small bathroom, but again it was clean and in good condition. For the price, to have a private bathroom was very nice. I thought for what I paid, it was a very good deal. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice for a small family run hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made you feel like family. We arrived fairly early in the day, however they were able to provide us a room right away.
The breakfast was fine. There was sandwiches, bread, ham, cheese and a large variety of pastries.
The only downside to staying in Rome during the winter is that many of the smaller hotels do not have heat. This hotel turned on the heat at 4pm, which was fine when we were out all day. It was cold during our stay in Rome and the first day in the hotel, was chilly. We came in early and it was too cold and rainy to venture outside, so we stayed in. That's when we found out about the heat situation. Otherwise, we will definately stay there again if we return to Rome.

The hotel is very near Termini station, very central for the buses and trains.
Access into the hotel was by CCTV and Intercom, very safe and secure.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The triple bedded room was spacious, clean. The television was small, could be updated
with a flat screen tv. The only english speaking channel was BBC World, but we were not
in the room long enough for the TV to be a problem!
The Wi-Fi was very quick.
The continental breakfast was adequate, enough to give you a good start to your day.

This hotel far exceeded expectations, as the staff was amazing and helpful, and my room was as close to perfect as I could have wished. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and stay here for future trips to Rome.
