We stayed two nights and were very happy with the accommodations and the price was excellent. The breakfast was great and the sheets were white, crisp and very nice. Would recommend. Only complaint is the stairs if you have a problem as I do. First flight is equivalent to 2 in most US homes and then there was one more up to the room.

We chose Hotel Navona for a 2-day pre-cruise stay in September 2014. The hotel is a stone's throw from Piazza Navona and not too far walking distance from other sites. Our room had 3 single beds and it had plenty of room for us and all our luggage. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our cab driver on the day we left for the cruise port could not reach the hotel due to road construction and closures. With the help of the driver and a member of the hotel staff we were able to take our luggage to where the cab was parked. We had breakfast once (it is not included in the price unless you get a deal - 10 Euros each) which consisted of cereal, breads, yogurt, coffee, tea. There is no elevator at the hotel but the hotel staff will help you with your luggage. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Navona again.

I recently stayed in this hotel and aside from the lack of variety in every day breakfast, I don't have any other negative comment about it. Room rate was good. The location is pretty much convenient, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Termini Station and from there you can get buses or metro to the historical landmarks. There are also restaurants, gelaterias, money exchange and supermarket nearby. The staff was kind and attentive.

Overall, the hotel was in a good location -- easy to get to from the train station, easy to access transportation, and easy to get to sights without being in a tourist saturated area.
The room was cleaned well by the hotel staff daily. However, the room was looking a bit old; it needed new paint, and a headboard for the bed. If they took care of these small items, they could charge more for the room.

We had one day and night in Rome prior to flying home from a two week vacation in Florence. I found Babuino 181 on Expedia and chose it based on its location, size and interior design. It exceeded all expectations. Our only regret was only having one night there. We will be back!

Hotel was in a really handy location, not on a main road but right by the main Termini station and within easy walking distance of Trevi fountain & Colosseum. The room we had was comfortable & spotlessly clean. I was traveling with just my 10 year old son and he was happy with the room too. The breakfast area was a bit cosy but it wasn't a restaurant so I didn't expect much more. The staff were absolutely fabulous, they arranged a pick up from the airport as I had booked a tour for the day we arrived but it started before I could check in, they looked after my luggage until we finished the tour. They pointed us in the right direction & gave us a map so we knew where we were going. I had emailed them several times before we arrived and they replied instantly with all the info I'd requested. I have to say that I didn't particularly love the locals but the staff at the hotel made us feel at home, I can't express enough how lovely they were. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a no nonsense hotel, you get what you pay for and I'm glad I booked with them. x

We stayed at this hotel on our way back to the US from Sicily. Close to Termini so very convenient. We were a bit skeptical at first however we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was small however it was very clean and for a short stay it was just perfect. Wifi worked wonderfully and there was even a mini-fridge in the room. Our room was on the street side so it was a bit noisy at night however for the price and location, it can't be beat! Would definitely stay at Hotel Fenecia again. My daughter and her husband stayed for 4 nights and their room was a bit larger and not on the noisy street so there are options! Restaurants and coffee house just down the street were very nice as well.
