"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. "We only stayed one night but it was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was a little too soft for me personally but my husband found it comfortable. Admittedly I like a very firm bed so most hotels aren't going to have that. The entire hotel smelled nice and clean, I didn't see anything that I would consider dirty or messy. Breakfast was fine, your typical free hotel breakfast but they do have one of those waffle makers, if that's your thing. Would definitely stay again."
