"There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and attentive. On top of that, the hotel is great, beautiful and clean. Our room had a pretty balcony and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The area around it is packed with historical, dining, shopping and cultural attractions. Be warned, it can be very busy and traffic — both vehicle and pedestrian — can be very heavy, so if you’re looking for an isolated getaway, neither the hotel or CDMX’s centro histórico are your thing.
