"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. "This is a modern hotel close to the bus stop to Venice and a short walk to the train station. Very pleasant staff. It's about a half hour walk into the pedestrian area of Mestre which I would recommend if you come back from Venice early enough to enjoy it."

"Room clean but very basic. No tea / coffee facilities. Overhead shower unusable as flow so poor, handheld nozzle wouldn't stay up so showered from waist down! Disappointing for the cost but it was only 7 minutes walk to the station"
