"The room was a bit dusty & only separated from the reception by a sliding door. We didn’t feel like there was a lot of privacy & could hear the receptionist (talking/ sweeping etc.) very clearly. There was ”casual” cleaning during the stay, and the one day we didn’t get asked and answer that we wished for them to clean, they didn’t which was annoying."

"Great clean rooms. Wish that some.of the additional amenities (lotion, face cream etc) were already in the room instead dof us discovering it on the last day. Maybe some kids activity section too would be helpful. But everything was clean, organized, staff were extremely helpful."
