"The room was so poorly maintained that I immediately took a video documenting it as a precaution; under the bed was a lot of debris and some garbage, there was a ball of hair from a hairbrush on the bathroom floor, the ceiling in the bathroom was sagging in, and it was clear the sheets had not been changed before we were given the room. We did go to the front desk, and the woman kindly changed the sheets and apologized. The staff was friendly, but we'll never stay there again. 10 years ago, this was a well-maintained older property, but it appears that the new ownership doesn't have the same standards. Very disappointed because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt."
