"Air conditioning was great. Easy to check in and check out. Cleaning staff were very nice. The light switches on one side of the room were finicky but the others worked!"

"We booked the more expensive room and when we arrived they gave us the cheaper room that smelled. When I returned to the desk they told me it was a pet room (hence no carpeting). They changed it. When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. Follow up email from owners a couple days later was appropriate."
