"When got to St George only 1 person checking people in so took time, then to be told I was on 5th floor and the lift wasn’t working so had to use the stairs. But did ask if we wanted to be moved and moved us to the 3rd floor. On Saturday morning only 1 person doing breakfast and ordered four and got 2 then 15 minutes later got the other 2, plus ask for one breakfast to have no beans but all came out with beans, so didn’t listen to the customer, the rest of the staff in the morning wasn’t helpful at all no one cleaning up or topping up bits, only the one person cooking breakfast was doing everything else, had to ask one of the other staff for 4 folks but had to ask her about 5 times, mornings staff was not helpful at all."
