"We booked this hotel partly because the photos showed a pool bar, but unfortunately it was not open during our stay, which was disappointing. The room floors were also felt dirty, and there was no clothing iron available, which was frustrating after several days of traveling. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was central and near the beach which we enjoyed."
