"We've been coming here since it was Liki Tiki and for the past few years we've come here I feel like it's less targeted for families. We rented the cabana and 3 of the 4 grills don't even work which was misleading because you think you can grill right next to cabana that's $125 The bicycles, fishing etc was always free now you have to pay. Both our rooms weren't even surface cleaned like usual. The shower didn't even drain. We called and no one came to fix it. The guys at the gate were very friendly this year and we enjoy when they say welcome home. We left them an expensive bottle of wine as appreciation as I'm sure they never get compliments. The time share lady at the desk to get parking pass was extremely rude when we checked in. I just feel like the memories with our kids there when it was liki tiki was more kid friendly and more FREE amenities then the past few years here with our grandkids. This place will always hold alot of memories for us both with our kids and grandkids."

"What was there not to like! We had stayed there before the pandemic hit. We weren’t very happy or satisfied with the staff service nor the rooms cleanliness or appearance back then. So my husband and I decided to give it another change. 5 or 6 years later, when we went this time, much, but much more was improved. The only thing is that we couldn’t stay longer due to having other responsibilities back home with my elderly parents who live with us but we couldn’t bring them since this was our 26th anniversary and we just wanted to spend time together to relax and recharge our batteries. Thank you for the excellent stay we had."

"I want to commend the staff. The front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. She welcomed us and even gave us a brief introduction to the Melia brand. Even the security staff we encountered was helpful and assisted us on our way to our room. The hotel itself (at least our building) did show some wear, but the amenities and staff made the stay worth it. Definitely will consider going back when in the area again."
