Disliked: Staff & service
Because they "Blacklisted" me and so they wouldn't let me stay there. When I asked the reason why the receptionist didn't know and told me that someone else would let me know. When I asked them they said that I was "unhappy with the service last time" and that's why they Blacklisted me?? They sent me an email which I hadn't read and I didn't know existed until they rang me and told me. I was about to go around there and found out at the last minute. This caused me to have to book another motel which cost me a great deal more as it was on the same day as I was to stay in Perth. I travel 3 hours from where I live to stay in Perth overnight to fly out to work the next day. On this occasion I had to come to Perth a day early for an appointment with a Specialist so I had booked for 2 nights instead of one. If I had been given more notice that they had blacklisted me I could have stayed elsewhere at a cheaper rate but because of what happened I couldn't do that. To be told by these people that they Blacklisted me because I was unhappy with their service displays the lack of service they actually provide. The previous conversation I had with them which would show what I mean is too long to write here. If they have the ability to blacklist anyone because they believe there is something wrong with the service then does that mean they can do that with anyone whenever they feel like it? In my opinion this incident opens the way for these people to Discriminate.
