I loved the convenient location and paid more for that convenience. Plus paid ridiculous costs for us to park here as well. Unfortunately, when we got out of the concert at around 1130pm, I was expecting to walk around and enjoy nightlife. Literally this whole area shuts down early. There is no nightlife. I'm not familiar with the area and didn't wanna venture too far off, so we went to bed earlier than expected. It was disappointing to pay that price and have that happen.

They should be more upfront about the additional mandatory costs for valet - before arrival. To be honest, it affected their tip, and i know thats not fair. The service and all the staff I interacted with were all excellent and very kind people. I had a street facing room, and there was some street noise, but its by the arena, so duh. The AC unit came on like a thunderstorm each time and woke me up several times during the night. There is no warmth or thickness to the bed covers.. so when that AC comes on, you freeze. Great locale for food options nearby, 2 min walk to multiple quality restaurants.

The stuff was very friendly as always EC to park with valet parking in room was very clean and very nice. We love this place. It’s our fourth time staying there. Highly recommended.
