Great stay at Stamford Plaza on North Terrace - from the welcome we received on arrival and directions to convenient parking to the time we left - absolutely first class. This is one of the best places to stay at a reasonable place with such a fabulous location on North Terrace. The staff and facilities are great.

This hotel is wonderfully luxurious and well looked after, the facilities are a little dated but this does not ruin the experience. We were given a free upgrade and our suite was huge, the bath was jacuzzi and big enough for 2 people, the bed was super comfortable and the available chairs tables and couches very good. There were however limited plugs and no USB plugs like you get in more modern hotels but not a massive downside. Breakfast was phenomenal and included in our stay the choices and availability were excellent and very much added a great level of value. Also as a location it is perfectly situated for buses, trams and walking to dining options and the shops.
